It's important that you are familiar with the below.

Newy Design Co’s photo and video packages are carried out according to and in-line with the below terms and conditions:

  • Our photographer / videographer will carry out tasks specifically aligned with the invoice and job brief provided. They will not include any extras on the day. If you require additional items / services / products captured, please ensure you let us know prior to your scheduled shoot date.
  • All invoices include shoot, editing and final delivery of files.
  • Any additional editing requested will be billed at an hourly rate of $150 + GST and incur a minimum charge of 2 hours ($300 + GST)
  • All deposit payments are non-refundable. All bookings will be rescheduled should there be an issue with the scheduled date.
  • If you require a different date, please provide 5 business days notice so we can reschedule your shoot at the earliest convenient date. Failure to provide 5 business days notice may result in your deposit payment being forfeited.
  • Should you need to cancel for reasons outside of your control, please ensure you give Newy Design Co more than 5 days notice. If 5 days notice is given, we will refund your deposit payment.

 

All shoots will incur a travel fee dependent on the location of the shoot.

  • 0.30c per km travel fee will be applied to all onsite jobs. (We will send our closest videographer / photographer to your job).
