Common Questions

All orders are packed within 48 hours if they are in stock. After that, we recommend that you allow up to 4-6 business days (Mon-Fri) for your order to be delivered. If you are purchasing from New Zealand, please allow an additional 2-4 business days.

Unfortunately, we currently only ship domestically and to our neighbours across the ditch in New Zealand. Fingers crossed, we will be shipping world wide soon.

Once you complete the checkout process and your payment is processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order is packed and our shipping carrier has picked up your package, you will receive your tracking details via email. Please allow a few hours for tracking details to update.

Whilst we have our “baseline” which is generally always in stock, we will over time add colourways to this and broaden the scope. We also aim to release a limited edition, no restock item every month. Be sure to jump on these as they will not be restocked, meaning what we have is all we will have.
